Thaha Leg Operation - Yoga Therapy

1) Rotate your foot often. Make circles with each leg while lying flat on the bed or on a soft mat or blanket. 



2) Rub sesame oil onto your healing leg and both upper legs. This will bring circulation to both legs. 


3) Also use your imagination and breath into both legs. Breath into your healing foot. Breath into your knee. 


4) If you can, get an Ayurvedic massage as often as you can. If not, use the sesame oil and give yourself a massage. Rub the oil on hands, arms, neck and shoulders. 


5) Massage your head with your hands as you breath deeply. Inhaling fully. Exhaling completely.
