Lesson -1

Thaha Leg Operation - Yoga Therapy


1) Rotate your foot often. Make circles with each leg while lying flat on the bed or on a soft mat or blanket. 



2) Rub sesame oil onto your healing leg and both upper legs. This will bring circulation to both legs. 


3) Also use your imagination and breath into both legs. Breath into your healing foot. Breath into your knee. 


4) If you can, get an Ayurvedic massage as often as you can. If not, use the sesame oil and give yourself a massage. Rub the oil on hands, arms, neck and shoulders. 


5) Massage your head with your hands as you breath deeply. Inhaling fully. Exhaling completely.

About Karma


  1. Our actions in the present create our future.
  2. There is no good karma, nor bad karma. There is karma and freedom from karma by right thinking and right action.
  3. There is no good life or bad life.
  4. There is no lucky or unlucky life.
  5. Life is an opportunity, a learning school.
  6. Acceptance of our life circumstances.
  7. positive thinking and positive action will free us from karma.
  8. We are not the victims of our life conditions.
  9. Unfavorable conditions might be stepping stones to great growth.
  10. We can change our destiny by self effort.
  11. In the midst of favorable or unfavorable conditions, we can learn to be responsible for our minds and emotions.
  12. Human life is a result of mixed karma, good and bad; Do not expect heaven. Learn to bear and detach.
  13. Do not envy other people’s karmas, mind your business. You are better off with your own karmas then someone else’s.
  14. Practice gratitude and peace in knowing that every day we are growing into greater awareness through the challenges and the lessons we are learning.
